This feature makes the multi-mode laser less likely to cause damage to the substrate during the cleaning process. Therefore, multimode pulsed fiber lasers have great application potential in some scenarios with strict requirements for matrix damage, such as mold cleaning.

The following is an introduction to the application of JPT multimode pulsed fiber laser in tire mold cleaning. Tire molds have strict requirements on the cleaning process, because a clean mold is very important to obtain high-quality products and directly affects the quality level of the tire after molding.

Therefore, when using laser cleaning, it is required that the mold surface cannot be damaged or changed. After cleaning, the color of the mold surface is evenly presented as a metallic color. 

If the laser and laser cleaning parameters are not selected reasonably, it is easy to damage the mold after cleaning, especially the side plate, and the cleaning streak or color difference in the following picture is easy to appear.
